We endeavour to display through this website all items in our current internet range. We order some items on your behalf directly from our suppliers and will despatch your order once these items have been received. We will aim to despatch these orders within 5-7 working days. Occasionally an item will be out of stock at our warehouse or at our suppliers and we will endeavour to update our website with this information as soon as possible. If for any reason this has not been achieved we will try to contact you with an estimated delivery date for your order.
All dates quoted for delivery are estimated delivery dates only and may be subject to change, and we can accept no liability for any loss or damage (whether direct or indirect)

UK Delivery Charges
Standard delivery charge is only £3.99 for all goods bought in one transaction. The standard delivery charge applies for all addresses on the UK mainland (excluding the Scottish Highlands and Islands).

Please note we currently only have the facilities to ship products to UK. We are unable to ship to the Channel Islands or BFPO addresses.

Normal Delivery times are 5-7 working days (Monday to Friday 9.00am-5.30pm). However we do where possible attempt to dispatch goods sooner.

Delivery is only £3.99 per order (United Kingdom) with the following exceptions

Please note that the postal charges for Scottish Highland and Off-shore areas is determined by postcode and is the charge made to us by our couriers Fed-Ex. We do not profit from any postal charges. Please contact us if you would like to confirm the postage cost to your postcode (which will also appear on the checkout page when you place an order) or see the approximate list below.

We reserve the right to amend the delivery charge on orders that have the incorrect shipment/address details.

FREE DELIVERY - UK DELIVERIES ONLY

If your order total is above the level for free delivery you will not be charged the standard delivery rate. Please note this only applies to orders to be delivered to certain destinations within the UK.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Please Note. In the event that our couriers are unable to deliver your goods due to there being no one available at the delivery address stated on your order, a card will be left which will enable you to contact the couriers to re-arrange delivery for another convenient day (Monday - Friday). If our couriers are not contacted within 5 days to re-arrange this delivery then the order will be returned to us and a second delivery charge may apply. This charge also applies to change of address details after we have shipped the goods. Delivery charges are not refundable in the event that no one was available to accept the delivery.

Our couriers will require a signature before leaving goods.



Returns And Refunds Policy

You have the right to cancel your order within 7 working days from delivery. You must notify us by phone of your intention to cancel within 7 working days from delivery. After notification we will issue you a returns number that you must quote on the paperwork when returning the goods.

If your product you have received is damaged or faulty when delivered, please contact our Customer Services team on 02085278388 who will notify you of our returns procedure. You have up to 30 days from delivery to report if your items are faulty or damaged.

  1. Goods must be returned 'AS SOLD' in the original packaging complete 'AS NEW'.

  2. Goods must be complete, unused, and in 'AS NEW' condition (eg if you have opened the box to examine the product it must have been done so without damaging the box and packaging or damaging the product in any way) and must be re-packaged as received.

  3. Goods must be returned to our Returns Department within 14 days from authorisation. We are unable to accept returns of un-wanted and non-faulty items after the 14 days.

  4. Any 'FREE GIFTS' with the products must also be returned.

  5. All curtain poles and tracks must be inspected at the point of when the courier is delivering the item. Before signing for the goods, please inspect them item and the packaging and if the item or packaging is damaged, please inform the courier and sign and ensure that you have ticked the damaged box on the couriers hand held device or paper work. If this fails to be done, we will not be able to accept the item back as damaged

Note:
You must organise the return the unwanted items at your expense and risk. Returns cannot be accepted without prior authorisation and a returns authorisation number. The returns authorisation is valid for up to 14 days only. Goods sent back without prior returns authorisation will be returned back to you and the cost of delivery charged to you.

Refunds

Full refund of the cost of the goods is wholly conditional upon the above conditions being met and the refund authorised only after a full inspection of the goods by our Returns department to check for completeness and correct product return.

  1. Goods received back complete as NEW and unused and in original box and packaging including all accessories and in a re-sellable condition:
    You will be refunded the full invoice amount less cost of delivery.

  2. Goods received back not in a re-sellable condition:
    We are unable to accept these back under the above terms and the goods will be returned back to you and the cost of delivery charged to you.

  3. All curtain poles or tracks returned for a general refund will be charged a handling fee of 15% off the product price
    Goods received back complete as NEW and unused and in original box and packaging including all accessories and in a re-sellable condition: Goods will not be accepted back if they are not in a resallable condition.
